Terms of service

The agreement between you and Crazy8s. By creating an account you accept these terms, so please read them.

1. Who may play

• You must be 18 or over. We may ask for proof, and we close any account that belongs to someone underage.
• One account per person. Accounts opened to get round a limit, a closure or the matchmaking are closed.
• The details you give must be true and your own — including the mobile money number or bank account you pay in from and out to.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done on your account.

2. Your balance

• Money you deposit is held in your in-app balance until you stake it or withdraw it. It does not earn interest.
• There are no bonuses or free credits. Every emalangeni in a balance was deposited or won by a player.
• If a mistake — ours, a payment provider's or a technical fault — puts money in your balance that is not yours, we will correct it.

3. Stakes, pots and fees

• In a head-to-head match, both players stake the same amount. The winner receives the pot minus the platform fee.
• In a pool, each entrant stakes the same amount and prizes are paid as shown before you enter.
• The fee is taken from the pot. There is no separate charge for depositing, playing or withdrawing.

4. Rules, results and refunds

• Each game's rules are shown on its page, together with the rules every match or pool follows. Our servers apply them; the result they record is the result.
• A match that ends before play properly begins is refunded in full. A player who leaves a match once it is underway forfeits.
• A pool that does not fill in time is cancelled and every stake returned in full.
• A draw returns both stakes.
• If a game fault makes a result wrong, we will void or correct it and refund where that is fair.

5. Withdrawals

• You can withdraw your balance to the methods shown in your wallet. We ask for your password before every withdrawal.
• We may hold a withdrawal while we check it — for example, when an account's activity looks like the conduct in section 6, or when we need to confirm who you are.
• A withdrawal the provider cannot complete is returned to your balance.

6. Fair play

You must not:

• use more than one account, or let someone else use yours;
• arrange results with another player, or pass money between accounts through games;
• use software to play for you, or to see what you should not;
• exploit a fault in a game or in the site instead of reporting it.

If we find this, we may close the accounts involved and keep back any money obtained through it. See fair play.

7. Closing your account

• You can ask us to close your account, or pause it, at any time. Your balance is returned to you, less anything under review.
• We may close an account that breaks these terms, or suspend it while we look into something.

8. Things outside our control

The games depend on your connection, your device, mobile money networks and banks. We are not responsible for losses caused by failures outside our control; where our own fault costs you a stake, we will put it right.

9. Changes

We may change these terms. The current version is always on this page, and if a change affects your money we will tell you before it takes effect. Playing after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini.
