Fair play
You are staking real money, so you are entitled to know exactly what stops someone cheating you. Here it is.
The server runs the game, not your browser
Every rule is enforced on our servers. Your device draws the board and sends what you want to do; it never decides what is allowed or who won. A modified client cannot play an illegal move, because the move is checked somewhere the player cannot reach.
Your opponent cannot see your hand
In card games, each player is sent only their own cards. Your opponent receives the number of cards you hold, never which ones. The information simply is not on their device to find.
Turn order is enforced
Moves out of turn are rejected. Turn timers run on the server, so a player cannot buy themselves extra time by tampering with their own clock.
Puzzle games are verified, not trusted
In games where players solve the same puzzle separately, everyone gets an identical starting point from the same server-issued seed. When you finish, your device sends what you did — and the server replays it to work out your score.
That distinction matters: your score is calculated by us, from your moves. A client that claims a score it did not earn is simply disagreeing with the replay, and the replay wins.
Matchmaking
You are matched with whoever is waiting at the same stake. Private match codes exist for playing someone you know deliberately.
What we watch for
- Multiple accounts used to feed one player wins.
- Collusion between players arranging outcomes.
- Impossible results — completions faster than the game allows.
- Automation playing on a person's behalf.
Accounts found doing these lose access and any balance obtained through them.
If you think something is wrong
Contact support with the approximate time of the match and what you saw. Every match leaves a server-side record, so a report can actually be checked rather than guessed at.
Losing is not cheating. These games have real chance in them, and losing several in a row is ordinary. Please read play responsibly.
